A record of service to Nassau County.

Tom McKevitt is a lifelong Nassau County resident, attorney, and public servant. After earning his bachelor's and law degrees from Hofstra University, he served as a Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Hempstead.

Elected to the New York State Assembly in 2006, Tom sponsored more than 150 bills that were signed into law. Since joining the Nassau County Legislature in 2017, he has continued protecting taxpayers, supporting first responders, and investing in local infrastructure.

Tom lives in East Meadow with his wife, Samantha, and their two children.
